Delete your account

In the app: open Profile, scroll to the bottom and choose "Delete my account". The deletion is immediate.

Or send a request from your registered e-mail address to hello@barberplanx.com and we will delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, e-mail, phone), your favorites, your device notification tokens and your upcoming appointments.

Past appointments are kept by the barbershop as their business record, without your personal details. Reviews stay published anonymously.

Barbershop owners

If you own a barbershop on the platform, close or transfer the shop first, then delete your account.
